# RestOrTrain

> RestOrTrain is an AI-powered endurance training coach that helps cyclists - and a growing community of runners and triathletes - improve on iOS: it builds and adapts your training plan, sends structured workouts to your device, and coaches you in conversation.

Athletes connect their data from Garmin, Intervals.icu, Wahoo, Hammerhead, Zwift, Rouvy, or Apple Health. RestOrTrain reads every workout, builds and adjusts a structured training plan, sends the sessions to their Garmin, Zwift, Rouvy, Wahoo, or Hammerhead, and coaches them in plain language through a chat interface built for iPhone. (Strava cannot be connected: Strava blocked AI apps from reading athlete data.)

Built by three cyclists. iOS-only today; Android is on the waitlist.
